Emerging

Building what’s needed at the edge of what exists – through creativity, civic imagination and how we resource what matters – for people and places that our current systems can’t always see.

I’m driven to shape what’s needed next — especially now, as division seems to deepen and the systems holding us together face increased strain.

The work that draws me most is where conventional approaches are failing the people they’re meant to serve, and where something genuinely different is possible but not yet clear — sitting with complexity to reshape, or dismantle, what no longer serves.

I work alongside the leaders and communities navigating transition — building trust, holding complexity, bringing things into convergence — with an instinct for what can come next, so that together we can take the brave decisions these times demand.

Believing that infrastructure builds capacity rather than dependency, I value collaborations with collective sense-making — building community wealth and power for people and planet, over extractive economic practices, towards ways that regenerate rather than deplete.

I’m currently exploring:

  • Reimagining how resources flow – financial architecture and inclusive, democratic business models that reach further, into the communities, practices and places conventional finance overlooks.
  • Regenerative systems – working with the living world rather than against it, for resilient current and future generations.
  • Making the invisible understood – articulating the value conventional metrics miss, including value held in communities and our places.
  • Equity and creativity as infrastructure – the foundations for nurturing community, capacity and lasting legacy where people are rooted.
  • Democratic participation and shared power – widening who shapes decisions, including through digital and immersive tools that open up power rather than concentrate it.
  • Narrative shifting and momentum building – exploring what human creativity and the natural world are capable of next.
